WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO ME:

Fitness means staying healthy and active in order to make the most out of every day. As a Physical Therapist, I’ve encountered people of all ages that have put their health aside and experience major physical limitations at a very young age. If you have a body, you’re an athlete - don’t let anyone else tell you what your limitations are. Find something you love to do, with people who inspire you, and stick with it so you can live each day to the fullest!

  • Ice cream

  • Pizza

  • Cheesecake
