DANIELLLE ALEXANDER

Meet Danielle!  She grew up loving physical fitness and exercise. Danielle's parents were always taking her and her brother hiking, bike riding, and on other outdoor excursions. She was a competitive gymnasts for many years as well. When she could no longer compete in gymnastics in college, she took up strength training in the gym and fell in love with how it made her feel strong and confident.  

She loved fitness so much that she studied kinesiology at Miami University.  After college, she started personal and group training, and haven't looked back since. She is certified in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also hold a Nutrition Specialist certification.

FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL: 

  • Pasta with Cheese

  • Any and all cheeses

  • Vanilla Lattes

  • Chocolate

FUN FACTS: 

  • I have never just drank a pop straight from the can.

  • Traveled to Ethiopia and Nepal on mission trips to work with orphans.

  • Lived in a body cast when she was 5 for a few months.

WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO ME:

​Fitness and health go hand in hand and I truly believe that if we take care of our bodies the way God intended for us to, meaning feeding ourselves nutrient dense foods and staying active, then we be more of who God calls us to be. When we are overweight, tired, out of shape, etc, we cannot do all that God calls us to do. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health go hand in hand and I love being able to help others become the best version of themselves physically so that they can become stronger in other areas as well!!
