At The Body Shop we offer Group Fitness Packages. Classes will be offered to create the"fitness experience" with clients. Classes will be designed as a comprehensive workout, aiming to build one's strength and (cardiovascular and muscular) endurance. Whether you identify yourself as a beginner or advance, classes will be designed for ALL fitness levels.

TYPES OF CLASSES
A high intensity class that will spike your heart rate with the use of various forms of cardio such as rowing, plyometric movements, battle ropes, sprints, and other exciting moves/equipment. If you like to MOVE and are wanting creative ways to knock out your cardio, this class is for you.
NO CARDIO, ALL HEAVY LIFTING! This muscle building and conditioning class will focus on heavy weights and low repetitions. Exercises will utilize a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, plates, and some bodyweight movements. Classes will also include an intensive core/abdominal component.
With an upper body focus, this class ensures to target major muscle groups of the shoulders, arms, and back. Needing a break from all of the lunges and squats? Come and get ready to MUSCLE UP.
This class includes a mixture of STRENGTH and HIIT training to not only torch fat, but to build lean muscle. (Specific muscle groups are targeted in each station).
This class is designed for all fitness levels as it incorporates various training styles and equipment to deliver a total body workout. Be prepared for challenging HIIT circuits and stations that will focus on both cardio and strength training.
