Meet Matt! Matt has been training for more than 10 years and is a master in the field. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Engineering and Applied Science, but through athletics, Matt found his love for fitness. He is certified through the International Sports Science Association and now works passionately in the field in which he was greatly impacted by the people he worked with as an athlete.
Matt has worked with clients from ages 9 to 69. He's coached people with weight loss, marathon cross training, sports performance, strength building, bodybuilding and powerlifting. He has also worked with Cincinnati Christian University as the Women's Soccer Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Matt has helped ordinary people achieve extraordinary accomplishments. He's produced 4 of NASA Powerlifting top 50 women powerlifters in the nation. In the NPC (Nation Physique Committee), he has 5 nationally qualified athletes; and most recently has successfully earned an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) Pro Card coaching his client, friend, and Partner Ashley Jones.
Matt's most valued accomplishments are helping people improve their quality of life. Helping people feel more confident walking into a room, getting off medications, or reducing struggle from life's daily activities so that people can be happier is what he's most proud of.

WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO ME:
Fitness is about health. Being free from ailments that prevent us from doing the things that we want to do. Not everyone has to get on stage or run a marathon, but whatever its is you do want; you shouldn't be the one keeping you from doing it. It's your life, be FIT for it.
